KOLARIDES INSTITUTE human capital is an integral part in its business performance equation. Regardless of tenure or focus, KOLARIDES INSTITUTE Faculty has a deep commitment to our students and a passion for accountancy and training.
What could be a definition for a great team? The one who wins awards, distinctions, has a high and consistent success rate for meeting its goals. Without these you cannot be a great team.
During the last twenty years and in relation to the Cyprus norms, there haven't been many changes in the composition of the group of people at KOLARIDES INSTITUTE. A common trunk of Tutors has been kept, the Management is stable and strengthened significantly recently; and this stability has allowed the team to continuously perform well with all the positive consequences.
